Privacy Policy

When you place a catering order, Lamoon Thai collects the information needed to prepare and fulfill it, including your name, email, phone number, event date and time, delivery or pickup details, order selections, instructions and allergy or dietary notes you choose to provide.

Payments are processed by Stripe. Lamoon Thai does not receive or store your full card number. Google Maps is used to validate delivery addresses and calculate driving distance. Cloudflare hosts the website, stores catering order records and delivers order emails. These providers process information under their own privacy terms and security practices.

Order information is used to process payment, fulfill the order, send confirmations, provide customer service, prevent fraud and maintain required business and tax records. We do not sell personal information. Access is limited to the restaurant and service providers needed to operate the catering system.

This website uses Cloudflare Web Analytics to understand aggregate traffic and website performance. Cloudflare Web Analytics does not use cookies or fingerprint visitors. It provides aggregated information such as page views, referral sources, browser and device type, country-level location and Core Web Vitals.
